Venketeshwara Dyespring are manufactured from superior AISI 3020/304 grades of stainless steel for dyeing operations, and AISI 316 for dyeing and bleaching, with diameter tolerance of one micron or less. The main coil wire is made on Swiss coiling machines. This ensures consistent international diameter of the first and lst spring. The main coil wore is also laced on modern lacing machines, thus eliminating wobbling on the winding machine.
